Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance

We offer both claims and risk management services in commercial property & casualty insurance in all 50 states. The following are some lines of businesses we cover (there are many types of coverages so an exhaustive list is impossible!):

  • General Liability (GL): This is where protection for  a whole host of issues like slip and falls worksite accident, product liability claims comes in. What is covered under this policy can be intimidating but we can certainly assist you in navigating your needs and maximizing coverage. When losses do occur, which is almost inevitably, we have a team of expert GL claims professionals ready to handle those claims.
  • Commercial Auto Liability: This line of coverage is a giveaway- yes, it covers your commercial vehicles.
  • Errors & Omission (E&O): You may have heard this referred to as Professional Liability insurance as well. Mistakes are bound to happen and that's exactly why it's so important to have E&O policy. If you provide service for a fee (for example, lawyers, accountants, financial advisors, etc.), it is imperative that you have the appropriate E&O policy in place with the right type of coverage.
  • Employers Liability Insurance (EPLI): This coverage is to ensure you are protected if there happens to be an employment related claim (sexual harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation).

If you have read this far, we hope you see that most businesses will need a combination of these policies. Based on your business, there are other policies that may need to be added. All the different lines of business and coverages can be intimidating to navigate. We are more than happy to assist and make things simpler and easier!

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer any assistance with regards to workers compensation policies.

Personal Lines Insurance

We also offer assistance with personal insurance policies.

  • Personal Property: This is the what most people are familiar with -  purchasing a policy for our homes!
  • Personal Auto: We all purchase policies for our personal vehicles and this comes in handy when you have an accident (even if you are at fault!).
  • Landlord Insurance: This policy is for those who rent their properties. It can assist with rent loss, cost of rebuilding, among other things.
